Descriptions :
The characteristics of Wood generally had the problem of Waterproof and the serious concern to the environmental protection has been increasing day by day as well as it caused the Governments worldwide to stipulate the law to restrict to fell trees to reach the goal. To satisfy with the market's demand we utilized the characteristics of macromolecule to combine with the high technology of heavy pressure-micro foaming to produce an unique product with the invention and innovation of revolution. We call this new product " WINTwood®".

Properties :

1. 100% recyclable product meets with the environmental protection without
    adding any wood flour or sawdust.

2. 100% waterproof.

3. Suitable to be used for the activities indoor and outdoor.

4. The component with high quality features that the density is similar to the wood
    (D:0.6~0.7 g/cm3) and light.

5. The processing is similar to the general timber, e.g.: shave, saw, trim, nail, drill,
    wash and grind.

6. Strong rigidity and durability. (Similar to teak)

7. Thermal process is easily executed to be blended to have various shapes of the
    materials.


Applications:

1. Furnishings and House fittings

2. Outdoor side-walk, Fence and Railing.

3. Building block.

4. Bathroom and humidity areas.

5. For tooling industrial building molds.

6. Wooden crafts.

7. Gardening and Horticulture.

8. Shoe industry.

9. Could be used at frigid and torrid zones. Environmental temperature is between
-30°C~90°C


Using restrictions:

1.WINTwood® is made by special polymer, so the environmental temperature is
  limited to be -30°C~90°C

2. WINTwood® is anti-acid, anti-alkali and fits for the surfactant and detergent.
  Forbidden organic solvent, such as: benzene, toluene, xylene and corrosion
  liquor.

3. Non-fire retardant (such as timber), away from flame.

Why is WINTWood !

1. WINTwood is the most like real wood with the feel of the innovative material
    in the WPC field.
2. WINTwood made from 100% pure plastics; conventional WPC
    (wood plastic composite) made of wood power and plastic. There is no
    thermal shock, water permeability appearance after long-term application.
3. WINTwood is produced by compression foaming technology, which could be
    easier to tailor to variety density comparing to variety real wood. There is
    no way by conventional WPC..
4. WINTwood could be composed of complete wood vein transparently with
    realistic texture; but not conventional WPC could be.
5. WINTwood is a solid wood which could be post-processed into a variety of
    wood products with broad range application; but not that conventional WPC
    made by extrusion die which constrain the profile of products.
6. The density of WINTwood is lighter than water, which is suitable for using in
    a water environment.
7.WINTwood with anti-slippage characteristics (TPE’s); but not like
   the conventional WPC(PE/PP/PVC/PS )is slippery in water surroundings
